Histotical Lottery Data
I have PA evening pick 3 data back to 1977. The data forms a discrete uniform distribution no matter how you slice it. The full history is just as uniform as taking a 150 draw samples. The mid day game in PA has fewer draws, but the same distribution. Your best bet to collect full histories is to visit each state's results sections. Some have an actual API, others have urls with a year at a time.

Every lottery history that I have examined (all PA games and PB/MM) fail the simple chi squared randomness test, but not by much. The largest such file was the PA pick 3 evening game, which has been running since March 1st, 1977. Wouldn't the lows on the wave pressure peak frequency chart line up with the cold numbers?

Geometric Analysis in predicting next drawing range
I am at the starting stages of working on something similar. Capturing the length and the angle as a vector. A repeat would have a length of 1 and an angle of 0. If the number goes higher, the angle rotates positive and if it goes lower the angle rotates negative. Will be working out the kinks on the pick 3 before attempting use in the jackpot games.
