Sorry about your laptops MzDuffleBaglady! Hope you get them back soon and in great working order.
Here's the totals on the MO draws with a complete run of the games.
In Missouri, there have been a total of 4,209 daytime draws where there have been pick 3 and pick 4. (I guess that all states pretty much do like here in NC where they draw pick 3 then pick 4 directly after?)
But in those 4,209 draws, there have been a total of 12,627 pick 3 numbers drawn and a total of 16,836 from 7/6/2004

Predicting number patterns?
True if you are on the page that only show the results of one game. But is you go to the Winning Number section you can get a text file by year or month with all the winning numbers together (like below). Copy it to notepad. To have all the same games together in the file, sort the lines(records) by the game names. (You can use the DOS command Sort in the command window of XP if you don't have a sorting program)

Ok. The results for Georgia.
From January 23, 2006 in Georgia where you have had both pick 3 and pick 4 draws one right after the other, there have been 3,495 games drawn. Out of those 3,495 draws, there where 10,485 pick 3 numbers and 13,980 pick 4 numbers. These results are up to and including today's 2/2/2016 day draw.
Out of those 3,495 draws there where 3,324 games that where at least one number drawn in the pick 3 showed up in the pick 4 of the same draw. That's 95.11% of the draws.

I don't know where you are getting your info from, or maybe I'm just misunderstanding what you are saying. You said that 139 fell only 2 times in 2005? I think the systems or methods for predicts the lottery is illusion.
Systems or methods, have you tried positional mixing of numbers for lottery games other than pick 3 and pick 4? Copying a binary pick 3 wheel, you can do the same with lotto and alike. You could also follow the same techniques. See the post from the pick 3 soft pro program by Paurths. Most of LP members seem to go for pick 3 and pick 4.

Pick 22: Combinations and Permutations
Original Quote by JADELottery: However, when trying to do the work out for Pick 11 there was a computational problem. It had to do with taking 10 numbers 11 at a time. If you think about this, you can see this is impossible. After a few hours, a few beers, and a few nights rest, I realized the solution. The problem has to do with repetition.
I also noticed this problem when I first began listing the patterns for the Pick 22. The solution I came up with was to first not allow duplicates of

quiz pick-4 daily game odds
Even if it was a pick 3 game, getting 1 straight pick 3 number right out of 1000 pick 3 numbers with only 1 straight pick 3 number is very hard to do, if it wasn't hard, Would there still be pick 3 games?
It is not impossible, people have done it even with only 1 straight pick 3 number, but not very often.
