I was watching this math Teacher on the news, she is about to retire, and she said when a person is trying to do a problem in Numbers or Math show the proof! I think she is about right!

Win the Lottery - Your Retirement Strategy (or maybe not)!
Suppose you just turned age 25. You look around at the state of the world and realize it's a dumpster fire : Soaring inflation, completely dysfunctional government, war in Europe, climate going haywire, financial markets tanking, flying anywhere is a nightmare, COVID might be making a comeback, you just had a bad relationship break-up, AND, last, but not least, the U.S. President is doing air handshakes (caught at least twice on camera)!. Is he seeing a ghost? . You've decided on a retirement

4/35 Game Wheels.
Not sure about the percentages but you can use a wheel similar to one that you might use for Tx Lotto 6/54. I that you play 9 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. In 2Step, play 6 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. The problem with that is getting 2 out of 4 pays nothing unless you get the bonus ball. I've never been a big fan of wheels. I agree that Cash 5 is a waste. I'll play once in a while, but the jackpot is terrible for the odds. If you want to win 25K, play Daily 4 straight for $5, no

a sorta stupid question for the math type

What law of physic did you use to define the perfect world you described? I would think in any world perfect or not, if five balls were randomly drawn out a pool of 56, the results would be just as unpredictable each time. In the last 56 MegaMillions drawings 74% of the numbers were from a pool of 33 which might suggest a bias

Giant Outliers in little old Pick 3
OK I looked at California midday - ran what is due on Lotosoft - then selected top 6 straight due numbers for $90/play (note, the top numbers were only 7x due - not a major outlier) Since Pick 3 numbers are machine generated and machines are mixed from mid to eve, I consider CA only a single pick 3 game with two draws per day, soplaying all these numbers for both mid and eve, produced a Straight win in 4 plays, details are: 90 plays per game, play only straight The number 778 straight h

Mathematics and the Lottery
Hi, I agree with point 1. conditionally. There is currently no system that can will allow everybody to win consistently. Please note that in California, 6% of the dollars recieved always goes to administrative costs. If the game is paramutel, the payouts are scaled accordingly. Reguardless, there is always enough money. About point 2..... I think it depends on diffferent factors. What is a winning system? One that produces a positive cash flow? Is it one you can retire with?
