Mathematics and the Lottery
You can easily build a scam by testing on the past results and presenting frequent events as system. Of course when the wind is changing direction, that system stops working.

Only For Geniuses :)
The explanation is simple, when some numbers appeared a lot, people say that won't happen again. Some players will use all the low frequent numbers of the previous year for the year to come. Knowing the amount of possible combinations and fruitcake scam systems, they go for the quickpicks.
We cannot bulk it, that's for the rich people only. Wheels are like fishnets, some fishes escape.

I can predict one number for sure in a random game
Excuse me RJOh your the one full of it. NOT me, youv'e never won anything over $100,000 your predictions are worthless. Now go back to your job and and be happy with your paycheck because your not winning the lottery anytime soon with your system. I also know that your Ohio lottery is a scam also just like Washington. Whens the last time you helped anyone but yourself try to win? All you do is put others down and think about yourself! I've spent over $10,000 in the last week on whatever I want..

Sure, you read all that.

numerical formula synchronously mirrors
Maybe there is a bad script in it?
You still didn't prove that you can win. Looks like scam.

what does a prediction formula look like?
If you can define an algorithm that cover 75% of the previous winning combinations, then you probably have a 75% chance of extrapolating the next winning combination. The problem will be finding an algorithm that extrapolates a group of combinations that you can afford to cover. Some years ago I read about a Canadian lottery investment group that claimed they had done that with one of their 649 lottery which included about 300,000 combinations and was looking for players to invest $10,000 in th
