There is something suspicious about the Powerball last night. 2 people won, but 89 people got 5 numbers correct for a million dollars. 3 19 35 51 67 PB 15. I'm not sure if these numbers are significant in anyway.

True, its up to the lottery gods to decide when to cap it off based on their budget strategy. Normally they cap it off around 5 - 7 million. But they have let it go up to 10 million before. Especially when the powerball is so high. So good luck
