The thing is, they don't just walk in, flip the machine on and do the draw. They have a procedure they go through each draw. They do two pre-draw draws to test the machine, then the draw that counts for us, then another draw to verify that the machine was working properly. And they have to log the results of the non-live draws and verify proper operation of the machine between each.
