It quite common for lottery programmers and systems designers to sell their programs and systems with no explanation of their inner workings. It could be that numbers are picked randomly for no particular reason which you can test, usually people using the same system or software playing the same lotteries end up with different results. The Hoosier Lottery website does have its annual report for the years 2002-2003 that can be downloaded and looked it. It states that overall about half the amount of sales was paid out in winnings each year. The pick3 and pick4 games are grouped under daily games, so there aren't any figures for just the pick4 games.RJOh

Since match 4's combinations have 25 ways they can be played, a list of all box combinations(10,000/25) should be included on a list of 400 combinations.
