Hey KAL, you meant Rebecca Paul-Hargrove (1st GL Director) took the TN job. Margaret DeFrancisco was the 2nd GL Director; retired and relocated back to NY. Actually, I won the most under her watch. Thanks again, Marge!!! Deb. is the 3rd GL Director and the prettiest of the three, you must admit!!!

Deb was the former director of the Governor's Office of Planning Budget before she landed the GA Lottery gig back in late 2012. So even though she had never run a lottery before, she already knew a good bit about manipulating numbers to her advantage. Now she's the undisputed expert at ensuring that house wins 99% of the time.

We just got it last week as 1571, but I can see it coming again in the midday (or possibly evening) as 1715. Our lottery director loves repeat plays. She will throw the same number over and over rather than give up a number that never drew in the history of the lottery. Caught two boxes on it last week but would love to tighten it up to exact order next time.

Okay, thanks junior123. Expect for those lucky few gifted with psychic powers that seem to win every draw, Georgia has typically proved to be a very frustrating state to play in every since we got our new lottery director from the Governor's Budget Office. You will be doing very well indeed to get a hit on your first post but good luck ! I see one exact order on your list that I've already played for midday-4523. Hope you're right !

'Marge' (Margaret DeFrancisco) left GA to be the Director of the Tennessee state lottery. She's not very popular there as she did away with the traditional ball drop draws and started up with the computerized draws (almost impossible to predict and subject to manipulation and technical glitches) We used to all gritch and moan about how tight Marge was in GA but 'Debbie' is far worse. But at least we don't have the computerized draws (yet).

Bad news. She is leaving her position as Georgia State Budget Director to take Marge's job. She's all about austerity measures, cutting funding, furloughs, scrimping and saving to make a profit for the state.

A Triple In The QuadsReply
Thanks Winged-Dove, I appreciate that! I still feel there is a possibility that Georgia may throw yet another triple 4 or some combination of 4-7-4 in the Cash 4 before year's end. Once our esteemed lottery director gets stuck on a particular number or series of numbers, she never wants to let go of it and it defies belief how many times she will continue to bring it back.
