Thanks for calculating the number of combo's that fall with the boundaries of the most probable range. So the odds of hitting a jackpot using the sums within the range are 1 in 262,800. While it certainly is smart to play sums within the range, it's still tough to guess the right sum, and then you have to match the five numbers drawn. (you have to have the combo that was actually drawn) That's tough to do too because there are an average of 5,713 different combo's of five numbers for each of the

Software for # of sums combinations
Anyone know of any software out there that will help me find the number of #combination in a certain sums group? like say sum of '81 I want to find out how many combinations there are. I sware I had software about a year ago that let me do this but cant remember where I found it at.

Pick 5 Combos - Help Finding from Sums
Greetings! OK ..... here's the scoop. I've been toying with an idea with Pick 5. I was wondering if anyone could help with this process, either through Excel or other means. I want to try to find ALL combos in a Pick 5 game with similar sums. Okay I looked over the sums for the day and evening.
Here are my thoughts...
The day numbers are missing sums in a series of consecutive numbers for example.
The sums of 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, [21], 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, [28], 29 - have all come out.
The sums in brackets have not come out. Some numbers that equal the sum of 21 are 15078, 15843, 37560 and 15537
Some numbers that equal the sum of 28 are 66826, 66529, 66277, 90919, 13789, 66196, 76915.
