Prob987:I pretty much understand your use of the Poisson distribution in your calculations, but I am having a problem understanding your use of jackpot jumps as an estimate of sales before the fact. Do you use linear regression, or do you multiply the annuity jackpot jump by a certain percentage? And is that percentage a constant for all games, or is it unique to any one particular game?Any help gratefully appreciated.Regards and best wishes,Rick
