No. You had a post about a guy in Colorado involved in the Tipton scam. He was suing Colorado lottery trying to reclaim money he should have won if Tipton didn't cheat. Was a FOX news story. You posted this on page 200. Is this the twilight zone or what? LOL

In Wisconsin, the Register identified 10 sets of numbers that were called twice within five years of each other in the state's SuperCash! game, including the two 2006 draws that Tipton said he had warned his bosses about. Wisconsin began using the Multi-State Lottery's random-number generators in 2004 but stopped in 2016 because of concerns involving Tipton. I have only ONE ONE ONE concern regarding if the lottery would or can, cheat me/us. They do a couple pre-draws and check if those sets are winners or not. If NO, they use THAT SET for the numbers on that night. Anything else, I dont care about. Take Tipton as an example.....even if he rigged something FOR HIMSELF, if it did not affect me, then I dont care/mind. If myself Tipton would win on the same night, so what? I still get my 350K. Jon

It's quite simple, the ping pong balls that you see on the live drawings is computer generated from a state lottery official who punches algorithms in a computer or uses software programs to generate a winning lottery number. They did away with the traditional style of pulling ping pong balls from a bingo wheel because they can be tampered with, just like having loaded dice in a dice game. Just Google Eddie Tipton and you will see the answers to your questions about the lottery being rigged.
