Should I stop playing online games?
I bought like 40 online games, mostly Fantasy 5, and the most I have won were 5 replay tickets. I have never won any cash. Should I stop playing online games and start playing scratch tickets exclusively? With scratch games, I won like 1 out of 4 with 50% to 60% of my money back. I have a feeling that you will lost more money with online games than scratch games.

Lottomike, would you rather play online or instant games? I like playing instant a little bit more than online. Online is fun when you watch the drawing. Scratch games are cool because when you scratch off a winning number there is always that thought it could be big. That is before you scratch off the prize anyway. To stay on topic, I play powerball every draw but how much i spend depends on the jackpot size.

tg: No lottery winner should EVER be forced to receive annuity payments. MA doesn't fully respect the rights of lottery players. To me, annuity-only lottery prizes reek of (possible) corruption. I suppose if MA had their way, Mega Millions winners in MA would have to receive annuity payments also. MA also has many annuity-only scratch games. My vote for this year's Christmastime Bad Role Model of a Lottery Player is the 30-year-old upstate NY man who was introduced to the media yesterday. Scratch games pay better than online games. I'm guessing the WA game pays back at least 70% to Lose for Life's 50% or whatever.

Lottoscorp:The Mass. keno game allows players to pick 1-12 numbers.Mass. however has two lotto games (6/42 and 6/49) that are still ANNUITY-ONLY. Many of their scratch games also don't pay in lump sum.
