You're right, topnail. Went to a dang Utahn. I believe the last 2 wildcard jackpots that sold in Idaho went to Utah winners.

my conclusion is,if you live in a huge population state where there are large turnover of numbers,then quickpiks are best,but if you live in a small pop. area like utah,then your own piks stand a better chance.

tg: Since you also feel that the MA Lottery is corrupt, maybe you can start a campaign within MA to reform the MA Lottery so that ALL big winners (except of lifetime prizes-a slightly different issue) are allowed to be paid in LUMP SUM, if they desire, after meeting with MA Lottery officials. On the plus side is that you have a new Governor (I won't go into that he's from Utah...).

So far, only seven states don't have lotteries: Alaska, Hawaii, Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada. Out of the remaining 45 jurisdictions that have lotteries (the other two being Washington, DC and the US Virgin Islands), only Florida doesn't have Mega Millions and only California doesn't have Powerball.
