Buying & Mailing Out Lottery Tickets?
Hi everyone: I have a suggestion; why not set up a program where people who live in Powerball or Megamillions state can buy lottery tickets for people who live in a state that doesn't have that game? For example, I live in Illinois and we have the Megamillions game and don't have the Powerball and thus if I wanted to play the Powerball game, I can easily get it from someone how lives in Indiana or Wisconsin and they can buy the ticket and mail it to me. With this site, I can't really say what's the best way to start learning the lottery, because there is no general agreement on what people should learn first, second, third, etc. If you are looking for guidance on a particular method, all I can say is that you can find it. Whether or not you stick with a particular system and master it is completely up to you. For example, there is a great deal of information regarding vtracs here. Helpful Tools to use with VtracReply
I've done a bit more research regarding the p4, and still come to the same end result, I really don't see why I can't use my same work-out from the p3 and apply it to the p4 and use the Vtrac chart from the p4 in the same manner as a helpful tool. Don't shoot me if this has been address and I missed it. Went back and re-read the thread and didn't see anything. Maybe Todd is still thinking about it. Thanks Tntea for being in agreement!
