Greetings! I suggest you edit the odds information on Florida Lottery's Jackpot Triple Play game in the lottery results section. Florida Lottery apparently does not understand the difference between odds and probabilities. Since every JTP ticket has three lines, they have decided that the odds per ticket of hitting the jackpot is one-third of the actual odds. Lower tier prizes for this game are similarly calculated.

Odds of winning jackpot
On the game information in the jackpots area it would be nice to have the odds of winning the jackpot with it. like 12,000,000 to 1 or however you would like to phrase it.

Todd:How about adding a toy that computes the jackpot odds, etc for for various game matrices (pick-5, pick-6, PB, MM, etc) by entering numbers (example: pick 6 of xx; 5/xx + 1/xx)?

I'm not exactly sure what point you're trying to make... Yes, the odds are 1 in 9,366,819 . The probability per ticket is 3 in 9,366819 . Apparently the Florida Lottery thinks you can change the odds just by how many lines you play. Not so.

If you want to find some of the basics here at lottery post the first place I would look is in lottery systems. To learn the pick 3 or 4 game is to know the different breakdowns of the numbers themselves. Each breakdown by category will have their own set of odds of probability. To know how your game is running with the odds of probability use the deflate and inspector 3 and 4 for past results history.

Cash and Everett Thanks much to everyone who voted for the term Virgin , I know it is unique but I am specifically using it as a term for a lottery number and nothing else.... enough said! Hi, From my point of view, predictors classification must give the best predictors by lotto or kind of lotto : Pick3,Pick4,Pick5,Pick6 or more. Inside each category, we must take account of odds. 6/39 is not the same as 6/50. The former is easier to predict. I know this would be difficult to do after each drawing. This was just my point of view.
