Hey LuckyLilly, that's funny because the same exact thing happened to me. I as a new member didn't realize the rule about posting links and I posted one to usa mega. I fully understood the rule after I was banned and emailed Todd back and I got reinstated. No big deal. I think the way the program works is perfectly fine especially if it keeps out spammers. By the way...I didn't know USA Mega is a sister company...how'd you find that out...as a newbie I'm still learning.

Jackpot Prize Payouts
On the USA MEGA page when someone hits a jackpot, like on tonight's power ball. When you go to the jackpot analysis to see what the payouts are, it's already reset to the new 20 million jackpot for the next drawing.
My question is, why couldn't you leave it at the 731 million prize for a few days or until the next drawing? That way if someone does hit or knows someone that did, they could do the jackpot analysis and get an idea of how much they would get after taxes for the cash or annuity pa

Google ranking
smd173: It has something to do with sites linking in, but I personally think that Google puts a weighted rank on some sites as well.
Tarzan: It's not really this site I'm comparing it to. I'm comparing www.megamillions.com (the official site) to www.biggamelottery.com. If you do a Google search on Mega Millions, they come out as #1 and #2, respectively.
