From Sarasota I sent my $1K win to Ft Myers and the turnaround has always been very quick. Found out today that scratch prizes tickets are now being forwarded to Tallahassee which will extend receiving my check about another four to six weeks as I was told by a supervisor in Tallahassee ........ I asked when this change was made and the first agent said about 2 months ago, I asked for a supervisor and he said 4 or 5 months ago. I was told the reason for the change was due to criminal activity. A
