The new Christmas $30 game has 5 top prizes of $1,000,000. $30 games always had $3MM top prizes. But the latest non holiday $30 card has 10 top prizes of $1.5MM. New PA $30 Scratcher
I don't often play the $30 scratchers, maybe Christmas and birthday. Too often I recall looking down at a worthless piece of paper and thinking there goes another 30 bucks.
