A couple of weeks ago I sent an email to the Lottery Office of Inspector General asking them to look into what appeared to be preferential treatment (bias) toward this retailer. The Director of Sales for the Lottery provided a concise, polite response and explained well why Food and Lotto was still able to obtain 100X tickets. I felt the matter was closed, thanked the man for his response, and updated the OIG with an email of thanks while taking responsibility for the confusion myself. Curiou
