Im from germany and new in Florida. I want to take part in the second chance of the holiday luck but dont really get the system. So i just enter the ticket numbers from my non winners right? But whats the purpose of adding a promotion code? I have mostly 1 and 2$ holiday luck tickets. I hope someone can answer my question.

LOL. Its just a grocery getter/soccer mom suv--we picked it up from the factory in Germany when I was stationed there. when we win I plan on getting an AMG. should have got one when I was single...oh well, now i get to hear dora and friends in the back seat with our little one.
