@EMTAdam - I have a huge problem with her statement. If jackpots are still showing on the website as remaining prizes and they are still selling the tickets till the end date, then my opinion is that the game should still actually have those jackpots and if they already scanned the returned books and the system tells them a jackpot ticket was destroyed the lottery should have a legal and moral obligation to update the website accordingly and not mislead the public.
