I think they should let you provide and verify all needed info... DL, SSN, address, phone, bank account (one time upfront) and link it to the FL Lottery App. Then when you scan a winner with the app on phone (it already does this I never check on scanners in retailers), credits are applied to your FL Lottery account. The lottery doesn't know which tickets are winners, since they're printed in a secure facility. The only way for them to guarantee all top prizes are won is to leave the game open and wait for people to play it. I agree, it's crummy for them to end a game when 6 of 14 top prizes remain. and another thing - there are 9 district lottery offices in Florida - for what ? To sell tickets ? No there are over 13,000 retailers to do that ......are the 9 district offices there to cash in winning tickets ? Are you serious ?? What else could it be ? Dozens of people clogging up parking spaces, some smoking outside, some waiting inside in cheap chairs for their number to be called ?? By the way, does anybody watch the YT channel Get Rich or Die Scratching? It's a guy named Andre that livestreams and posts videos of scratching off all sorts of FL Lottery tickets. The most recent I think was yesterday he played 1 book of each $50 game in circulation and actually found 2 $1K winners. I don't know if he's ever been out here as a poster but thought his channel was cool.

On their website it says they will hold back for state owed debt. You can double check by calling the lottery office but I think you are ok according to the website.
