Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Lets face it, you know Mega Millions is now increasing their revenue with the jackpot at $800 million, For the same advertised jackpot MM's revenue per drawing at $5 per ticket dropped below the revenue per drawing at $2 per ticket a few drawings back. Revenue for Saturday's $800 million jackpot was a hair under 70% of the revenue for the last $800 million jackpot in August '24. Total revenue since the price increase is about 1% more than for the same time period in 2024, while revenue

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Apparently you don't understand hypotheticals LOL. But u mean to tell me if a 6 or 7 year old can somehow manage to predict lottery numbers, at no point are you going to play them? Is that a Florida thing or what? FOH. Knowing this, you deserve to lose every time u play. Lol if you prayed to God, if you believe in God, and asked God for a car, house, truck or whatever and your son just happens to turn on the tv and say, Oh this game again! and gives you the exact set of numbers , ar

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
People would still play. They would come here and rant and rave on how they are not spending a dime on either, but behind the scenes, they be buying tickets The people saying they aren't buying tickets probably aren't. Revenue per draw is up, bu ticket sales are down. Maybe ticket sales will be higher if PB also goes to $4 or $5 because there are plenty of people who have to play some game. If there's not a price difference many of them may play both games instead of just PB. What's

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
The problem is not that the prize itself is too small. The problem is that $165M/290M = 57 cents. I am not paying five dollars for a prize worth 57 cents (minus taxes) plus lower prizes worth $1.25 with a multiplier gimmick I don't want. I jumped in the Powerball frenzy on the last drawing because I figured it's now or never (and I was right, it was won). The $2 ticket price was worth 800 million dollars, even considering the chances someone else would win. That's why I bought 100 ticket

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I feel almost the same way, but only till the cash value gets stupid high and then only a *very few* (1-5 ?) just to have that infinitesimal chance of a big win. What I do now is take the cost of MM tickets (now) and dedicate that amount to PB so that PB gets a boost from the MM pricing error. You could be giving another game of your choice a boost that way too. But of course, the choice is yours. Best wishes for either way you play.

Thief steals $27,000 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery tickets from gas station
I think they need to mix up the distribution a little better, because if they keep doing it the same way- guess what the jackpot winners continually wind up in the same area Most of the tickets go to population centers, because thats where the most tickets get bought. For the most part, the big winners will also end up in the same population centers simply because that's where the rest of the tickets will go. The chance of any particular box being put on a truck headed for NYC is higher

CAPE - Thanks for the 'kudos' ! Well I did hit another 50X to complete the trifecta !!- As you can see from the ticket posted below ....it's, it's, well, just $2 .... nothing to write home about ...... talked to a couple guys who play a lot of Blue and Orange ...... they all said maybe one out of 8 or 9 tickets only produced a measly $100 ........ they never saw so many duds ........even tho the sites show a fair amount of good wins ........ but where are they ?? I must have hit a hot roll the o

Michigan woman who played Lotto 47 since it launched decades ago wins $1.1 million jackpot
I called a few family members and my neighbor to tell them the big news. They say don't tell anyone if you win, but am sure the neighbor has to be a close friend, because they even told them the local store sold a winning ticket. Congratulations on the win. Now all you people that say you only need one line, well, I guess I need to up my game. Went to the store to get my PB ticket for Saturday, tried as hard as I could, but the only words that left my mouth were I will get one P

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Thanks for the info. I did not have a clue where to get this. It does give me an idea of when to go All In . I was just watching the cash value numbers jump for my plan (Man plans and who laughs?) and was thinking about 500-750 Mil cash value and then go for it. But, as we know, a win can happen any old time that would ruin my plan for now (again, I refer to the laughing!). My recent grumbles were just referring to a *long* dry spell before I stopped playing last March and just saved the co

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Congratulations to you! My luck has not been nearly so good. I said in a previous message that even before I started my saving for the Big One routine that I had been on a *long* no win streak. Sadly, the streak is now continuing. Since PB passed the 200 Mil cash value mark about 6 draws ago I have been buying 3 tickets per draw just to be in the game as well as saving $6 per draw for the Big One . I have only hit 1 number 4 times out of 18 tickets purchased, mixed between some quick pi
