Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
They change the ball sets and the machines because they consider the event to be a true-biased event. Therefore, if the word bias comes into play with i.e. the lottery then that means to them that the machine is faulty, or if the balls could be blamed they would be loaded etc. That's the reason. Coincidences do happen in random. There is uncertainty in random. I don't believe they do those pre-tests for any other reason.

New survey destroys myth that poor Americans buy most lottery tickets
The comment was addressing the word after which, in this case, would indicate an event will occur, not may occur. If this were to be known prior to such an event then one would have an advantage to place a bet on the side of knowledge (i.e. insider info). Since BC is in the news as taking such bets, it was the place of mention. I am sure my acquaintances are able to detect tongue in cheek dialogue.

tips for finding first number in pick 4?
Imagine flipping a coin with this outcome H H H T H T H H H H, logic of 'due' dictates T for the next draw, but observational inference say H. The word 'Due' is conditionally based (you're in a box), whereas ' next' is in line with random. The probability for normal distribution after many flips is almost equal (50/50 or 49/51), but be mindful that each event is 'UNIQUE'. Statistics and probability is not the only way to predict event occurring.

Lottery systems that work??
There is no 'input/output' system to predict a random event. Each event is unique, so you have to ride with random. I understand some folks do not subscribe to this, yet I found randomness in their workouts. P3 has 1000 combos, the pay setup is stack against you if you wage BOX, your only option is the straight bet. The question of waging smaller or larger picks is very subjective. Find a concept, be creative, all within randomness, and you'll be surprised.

Video of Behind the Scenes Lottery Drawing / Dowsing for Numbers
There is a Video on the Official South Carolina Education Lottery Website, under the heading GAMES , entitled BEHIND THE DRAW VIDEO , that shows the behind the scenes events of how preparation for the draw is conducted.
I viewed another video detailing the same procedure [I thought it was also on the SC Lottery website. I think SC may have changed their video. ]. In any case, I thought I remember viewing somewhere in some state, that sometimes the MIDDAY and EVENING Pick 3/4 drawings are BOTH

We Are The Numeralogic Masters..
If an event exists that would give rise to a paradox, or to any change to the past whatsoever, then the probability of that event is zero. In short, it says that it is impossible to create time paradoxes.

Winning the lottery has its advantages and disadvantages too, I think it's up to the winner how he is going to perceive such life changing event. I think seeking professionals who can guide you through this event will definitely help.
