I haven't played Mega Millions since the price rose to $5.00 per ticket in April. I wonder if Powerball will follow suit in the near future. Truth be told, I would rather the ticket prices be lowered at $1.00 per ticket like before when the jackpots were won at $300 million every three months. I would have been fine without the billion dollar jackpots. I am honestly considering daytrading instead of buying lottery tickets. After all, even if 95% of daytraders fail, my odds of succeeding

Time to throw out the old MM play slips. If people don't play MM the jackpots won't be increasing as much due to low sales and PB sales will double. PB will then start having bigger jackpots and more winners. Then eventually they will get greedy and raise the PB to $5 a ticket too. Mark my words.
