a lot of states don't bother with pick 4 games anymore. look at SC's pick 4 sales. they're lucky to have one straight winner in a draw. personally, i like pick 4 games because the payout is really great. i think TN needs either a pick 4 game, or a multi-million dollar annuity (with a cash option) game as well, maybe even lotto south. the problem with newer lotteries is that they are too reliant on multi-state games, and don't bother with their own lotto games because they know already that

i think it will. knowing CA, they will do whatever they can to get sales. the starting jackpot on that game is $7 million. that is wrong for an in-state game. that's almost as big a starting jackpot as the multi-state games. i can't wait until they go multi-state and the super lotto plus jackpot suffers. i hate it when an in-state game has the biggest jackpot in the US.

CASH Only -WA now offers a cash option on Lotto and Quinto - 50% of the announced jackpot value. The Gold Ball game is gone, replaced by Lotto. Lotto is a standard 6/49 game and Quinto is a 5/52 game, with the numbers replaced by a deck of cards.The OR site is unclear on the cash option except on the multi-state games - PowerBall, MegaMillions - so it's probably not offered.gl
