Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Everyone we talk to is not playing. $5.00 and forced to buy in to the multiplier are factors. Zero plays here. We can give a flying turd about the jackpot size and growth.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I had a winning 2by2 ticket, cashed it out and bought one MM. The multiplier on it is the dreaded x2. I guess it is what it is. Good luck to all playing tonight

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
This thread is anti-MM and has been from the very beginning. The first post reads: I've stopped playing Mega Millions completely. The automagic multiplier does not impress. The odds are a mess. I'll play the others for less.

Balancing Odds and Cost 😁
For the value, PB at $4 for my 1 ticket is better because you get to add the multiplier and the double play as opt in add ons, not forced. Even for a week... $10 for MM, one line, one draw, two drawings $12 for PB , one line, two draws, three drawings $35 for M4L, one line, one draw, seven drawings I am sticking with the PB. I did like the old cash 4 life at $2, could care less about the M4L, I don't even bother tracking the history.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Thanks for the LFL reminder - my sleep issues have left me kind of groggy today and I was only thinking about PB MM for 2025-2026. I have not played LFL for over six and a half years. Back then my Cubicle Neighbor and I used to pair up on that game along with PB MM. After thinking about it, while I am getting the LFL ticket tomorrow I may as well get a Rolling Cash 5 ticket too as it is up to 140K after starting at 100K. I think you are so right, it would be great to end 2025 as a milli

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I am going with the prediction of no rollover for the drawing tonight. Why? Because of the one MM ticket that I got for my birthday...! What could possibly go wrong with that other than the multiplier was a 2X that does not count toward the jackpot...? Kate: Please feel free to get a jump on this one and begin preparing a really nice winners story about a Lottery Post user achieving victory over Mega Millions. Best wishes and good luck to everyone else for the second place priz

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
The problem is not that the prize itself is too small. The problem is that $165M/290M = 57 cents. I am not paying five dollars for a prize worth 57 cents (minus taxes) plus lower prizes worth $1.25 with a multiplier gimmick I don't want. I jumped in the Powerball frenzy on the last drawing because I figured it's now or never (and I was right, it was won). The $2 ticket price was worth 800 million dollars, even considering the chances someone else would win. That's why I bought 100 ticket

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Hooray for you! I like reading the writings of a wise person! I haven't touched MM since the price hike either. But, I will buy a *very* few tickets when/if MM reaches some breathtaking cash value. Why? Because you do have to be in the game to win the game, no other reason. Till then I am taking the funds that I would have spent on MM ($5 tickets) and dedicating them to PB. I think of that as a sort of punishment for MM and a bonus for PB because of what MM did with the price hike and fo

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
We Disimulated a Powerball last night for $4.00 on our $10.00 bet. We posted a set of 50 Disimulated Powerball numbers on the LP Predictions Board. The first 5 postings were our plays last night; might change it up a bit in our selections. Gonna go for it Monday; maybe kick in an extra power play $1.00 for the win. We love being able to choose and play the multiplier. Good Luck everyone.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Oo, gee... $166 Million jackpot by the 12th draw with the $5.00 price tag. On average back when it was $2.00 and the option to add $1.00 for the multiplier, it would have been around $209 Million by the 12th draw. Seems to us, the $43 Million short fall may have disappeared in to that inflationary $50 Million starting jackpot. Got my PB J winning tickets for tonight. Good Luck.
