Now im looking at the vtrac numbers for 345 but it's still confusing for me. greeneyes did you actually pal 739 and not 237 or 789?On my chart I have the following setupHot Number's: 0,3,7,1,5,9Prior Number's: 8,6Cold Number's: 2Due Number's: 4This is getting very very interesting I must say. I had the numbers in my face and choice not to put a 9 in the mix.

Playing Hot vs. ColdReply
I use a longer history for digit's hot/cold status in each position (for the straight in pick-3). In 50 draws a number should come in 5 times in each position.5 or more is hot, less than 5 is cold. I eliminate overdue digits from my consideration of hot numbers because it is no longer hot in my opinion.Overdue=cold IMHO, though others would disagree with that. I agree with CalifDude''s signature...play what is hot.

I agree with CalifDude, try asking the USPS that same question. I think the Hoosier Lottery is being very irresponsible for giving that response. It doesn't matter is a ticket is sent as a gift or as part of a business venture -- mailing lottery tickets is illegal all the same, and I would NEVER do it, no matter what.

CalifDude - Sorry, I was editing my post when you were responding. I wanted to post the rule I copied from the Mass Lottery site. I think you're right however. The woman at the lottery commission said that I can buy tickets from Florida but I need to have a Mass address. I was only interested in the multi-state games and no state will sell them to a someone in a state that doesn't participate in the games. - Nancy
