Is it really possible to achieve this with pick 3 and pick 4 ?
There were three changes to that system. Maybe I should have started a post outlining any changes made. I just didn't expect anyone to base anything of of the manual test system as of right now because it's a bit unplayable (based on the number of picks it suggests). Here are the changes:
1) I removed the count next to the number. The only reason it was there was to show how many picks were suggessted. Since I removed that column, I added a total count to the top of that area. Reason: Made th

An almost 8 million lottery winner
Respectfully speaking RJ, I just cannot bring myself to feel sorry for someone who missed the PB jackpot by one number (5+0), to end up getting
just $1M. For many people $1M in of itself, could be very life changing.
The Ohio Super Lotto Plus I can understand, $1500 vrs $11M. It is sad to miss any lottery game by just one number however. Happened to me with
PB, back when the second prize was $200,000 (without a multiplier), which was still a very nice piece of change. By missing t

Illinois Lottery glitch causes many duplicate Quick Pick tickets
Bingo! DING DING DING DING.............. did anybody else pick up on this?
Exactly, Quick Picks are not RANDOM if all of the combos have to be drawn for any particular combination to be drawn again.
I have seen over the years numbers that fell back to back in any state game, say 123 comes out in two days back to back. Now you might wonder how is that possible and the answer is it's very possible once the 1-2-3 is drawn it has just a good a chance to be drawn again as any other number in a

If you are Illegal and play lottery shouldn't they learn the rules on collection
The only way to change things is a revolution. But that will never happen in the times we live. People are too busy shopping at the mall, scartching their ass, picking their nose, wondering how much money to take out of their fanny packs to buy the latest gadget.
They're happy as long as they can feed their face, watch Oprah and wonder who the next winner will be on Americas's got talent.
There may be a revolution down the raod when people wake up from their hypnotic state, but i doubt it.

Massachusetts Lottery closes loophole after big wins
So because everyone didn't violate a lot of rules, it's their stupidty?
So you punish everybody for the misdeeds of a few?
Is that your idea of being fair?
They don't have to change rules just cuz your where's my free stuff? crowd says so.
The market will decide if what they're doing is fair or not and let them adjust accordingly. They don't need your Big Brother mentality rushing in and changing everything to suit your broke-ass personal needs.
If the game is unfair,

Lotteries hit record profits last year
Lottery sales are strong, but there are points of weakness
By Todd Northrop
Government-sponsored lotteries are continuing their broad expansion as income-producing entities, as many lotteries reported record profits in the last fiscal year.
Reports of record profits from the lotteries come despite continuing high unemployment and an economy that has been flat or downward-trending for the past two years.
Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich says he believes the lottery does well in a bad econo

Blackjack player legitimately beats casinos for millions
He took Caesars for more than $4 million, burned Borgata for about $5 million and then topped it off by beating Tropicana out of $5.8 million.
For Don Johnson, it was an incredible streak of good luck at the Atlantic City blackjack tables.
I'll take luck over any other skill, Johnson said, laughing. There's no magic to this. Eventually, someone would whack them. I'm just glad it was me.
Johnson, 49, of Bensalem, Pa., is the chief executive officer of Heritage Development LLC, a Wyomin

These measures have decreased the fun that the transient entertainment players previouisly enjoyed.
