Really depends on which lottery games we play. Pick 3 and pick 4 games haven't changed much since the day they started. If they can publish where winning tickets were paid for, then they also know the location. A ticket has an identity number that is related to the combinations plaid. You get the payout based on that number. It also will only pay once. Some refused to play that combination because too many would win. That's not like the 1 2 3 4 5 that they tell you not to play. Such combinations often have no winners. They only sell 5 number combinations. They don't sell full systems, they don't have system forms

Dr. San is just another personality and we're had many through the years. Some people come here looking for the holy grail of systems, I suppose believing they can eventually show a huge profit. I'm a little skeptical of systems for winning PB and MM jackpots, but know of a system that actually won a 5/39 game. Don't see much conversation about wheels so the majority here are probably pick-3 and pick-4 players. BTW, this is a public forum so you're not steeling [sic] anything.

That's a good question because the majority of Steve Player systems I saw are playing strategies using your numbers . Pick any of the doubles and box them with the other digits in the pick-4. There are 36 lines and pays $400 for $36 bet. Steve's strategy is parlay the $400 payoff and wager $10 on each of the 36 lines and win $4000 for a $360 bet. It's not like there is a real person forcing us to play and bet like that so I really don't know why some people here dislike Steve Player systems.

I have been gathering information on 1-off systems over the years and started working on putting the best of the best into a single package, one for pick-3 and another for pick-4 games. I think I will limit the lines generated around 10 and where each method will produce one or two lines. No databases, just put in the digits from the last couple games and hit run. RL
