There have been numerous posts about this the lottery's all over the country report that the number of quick pick winners out way the number of self pick winners. How many jackpots that were won reported the player chose the numbers. ???? I'm not knocking your system i use self picks and quick picks, even have a few wheels i made myself.

The majority of all the MM winning jackpots are only one winning ticket with 3 and 4 winning tickets one time each. Why do you think there will be 10 winning tickets when only two winning tickets were sold on the $380 million jackpot in January, 2011 or the one winning ticket for the March 2011 $319 million jackpot? That is one of the things I don't understand about this too. Why are only Illinois residents allowed to play? If I drive into Illinois and play their lottery and win I am entitled to whatever winnings the ticket has so I don't see why you should not be able to play wherever you live.
