I'm combining 3 forecasts so there will be overlapping drawings to play at the same time. Forecast #7 Level 2 This forecast has a schedule conflict so I can't post it in the The Predictor's League . Forecast #28 Level 2 has a schedule conflict so it will not count. Each state drawing within all forecasts posted in this thread must have enough time to find out the results after each drawing and then be able to play the next drawing if needed before the draw break deadline/cut off time. The state drawings in Forecast #28 Level 2 do not meet this criteria. Forecast #29 Level has already won and now becomes the new Forecast #28.

why in the world does it take so long for a draw after cutof f . Probably to prevent past posting in any of the 48 PowerBall jurisdictions. Each of them has to certify none of their terminals can print PB tickets before the drawing. They won't conduct the drawing until all the jurisdictions have checked in and because that happened a couple times in the last year, some might make the cutoff time even longer. Based on sales and recalling the fact that every drawing resets the probabilities, the most likely outcome of this particular drawing was that there would be NO winner (nearly 70%).
