lol that is funny. i have noticed though each time GA Lottery gets a new commissioner things do change. Years ago scratch offs and Keno paid big. Now people win little or nothing which is why i rarely play scratch offs anymore. I also noticed on cash 3 and cash 4 the night after say like the number that just came out or something that pays big next few draws little itty bitty payouts. i know the balls are random as compared to Keno which i know for a fact is rigged..lol even though the balls

A funny thing tonight here in NC, Sam 9009: Lady in front of me, played 0099 and9009.I made sure to cover it,thought about your username and then, i went back to play the QUAD's and triple's and i was going to play til Nov 5th 1 1 1 1.
