This forecast won on the 26th drawing when the 133 combo hit in the 12/26 Texas morning drawing. Which mean now I have to start Level 3 over since it did not win within 25 drawings... Still won because I followed the game plan Game plan : I'll use The Level 3 Martingale Betting system chart for 10 any/box order double combos and budget to play up to 62 drawings. I play in order as the drawings happen. I do not skip ahead and I stop playing as soon as a state drawing wins one time.

Truly Random Numbers
I've been working to create an Excel Spreadsheet to create lottery numbers drawn in picture form. Basically a grid. I'd speculate that if lottery numbers are random then in a perfect situation would be a number after being drawn would not be drawn again until all other numbers have been drawn. We know this not to be true. What in theory makes the lottery numbers drawn is that we can't consistently predict what the next drawn numbers would be. So far I'm using the Spreadsheet for Michigan's Lotto
