Who wants to learn Richard lustig strategy how to win jackpots?
I think that Richard Lustig kept his math knowledge and more for himself. Maybe his strategy mainly was buying tickets and not stop doing it. The only way to win is buying tickets. - He probably had contact with other people. ... On wikipedia he has no date of birth or date of death. Somebody wrote an article based on articles found?

Internet Lotteries.
Read where the Minnesota Lottery is now offering a form of Internet wagering, but waited on a LP News article before mentioning it. It looks like most state lotteries are waiting to see how it goes before offering all of their ticket games.

Risky bets you made that paid off? :)
Just look at the risk the person in a recient news article here on Lp took. The person won over 100,000 in playing pick 3 but baught 234 tickets and hit straight.. I have seen this type of thing happen in pick 4 but not with any consistency. I would think anyone playing a single or set of few numbers would play them progressivley.

"True Ravens Fan" is the Maryland Lottery's first Pick 5 winner
The payout calculation in this story seems inaccurate. A $1 straight Pick 5 bet on the Maryland Lottery pays $50,000. So if as this article says he won for a $2 straight bet, the payout would be $100,000. Also, the Maryland Lottery's highest single bet for the Pick games is $1 per straight bet, so he would have had to purchase two separate tickets for a $2 straight bet.

Maryland man bags $52,000 Pick 4 prize after playing the same numbers for nine years
Well Let's do the math. Assuming he played everyday which the article indicates he probably did, 365 days x 9yrs=3285 days x $20 (10 straight and 10 boxed)=$65,700 Spent. He lost money! He's still 13k in the hole.

How the Michigan $1Billion Mega Millions winners stayed anonymouns
So for the lawyer to be the spokesperson, he would have to be a member of the lottery club if I read the article correctly. Which means each member would have to get a percentage, maybe 1% or less for him to cover his cost?

PA's $50 ticket coming 12/27-12/28
So I saw an article that someone just hit a 5,000,000 winner in Bensalem Bucks County (articles on all the local news websites). Bad odds on these $50 tix aside, if I happen to be in that vicinity, I would think I should avoid that ticket because they probably spread them around the state. Has there been any research on that?

Virginia University math major scoops up $1 million lottery prize
I thought initially he'd say it was nearly mathematically impossible to win the lottery until the article was read. One thing that really stood out was that they pay the taxes so you actually get the $1 million.

Gail Howard "Percentage System" vs Karnac Theory
There was some article in a British newspaper about making people's life shorter to save money on pensions. I think that it started with a thought about that. ...
