Actually no Pari-mutuel is better for the CA player. You keep pointing out how low it is but you don't realize that CA 2nd prize is uncapped. The jackpot has no max amount It will just keep growing until hit. Our state doesn't put limits on our prizes like you're state lol. They don't hinder us from making more money.

I belong to a pool that plays Mega Millions and Powerball. The manager of the pool also has pools for UK Lotto. I have not participated in the pools but I see they often win. For example, they played last week and won more money than they spent. This is always a good thing.

Over time the games change and the odds get worse and they get switched from ball drawings to RNG so as the years go by the games just keep getting worse and worse so if I had to pick just one game to play I would just quit altogether because there aren't any great games right now and even if there were I am sure the lottery consortiums would eventually ruin them. Gotta have competition amongst a reasonable amount of games because there is only so much money to go around and having too many game

Yeah, I don't get my money back either. Those 15 would have cost $75 if I had to pay for them, and I would not have been happy about the small return.
