Mass. Lottery to hire consultant for games being planned
interesting, all i know is what i hear from the people and i have never heard of one 12 out of 12 winner for keno, in Massachusetts. the game has been out for years and with draws every 5-10 minutes, you would think by now that someone would of won the million dollars. With the numbers being drawn by computer and rigged as most of us would say, knowing that the computer knows everyone's combo's and spits out the numbers so the state can get their fair share of $$. so hire the consultant the stat

Lottery software development ideas
OK BY Popular demand we are going to try the pick 5. How much does one get if they get 4 numbers right out of 5? how much for all 5? In your state lottery pick 5?I narrowd this down to 15 numbers Iwill give you a wheel to use, you all wheel them, we will used several different sets of numbers, we will all wheel different sets, there is NO POSSIBLE way they can stop us all and make us all lose, unless its rigged.I have just tried out my system with pick 5 , I was able to get 4 number almost EVERY

Texas + Indiana Lottery Commissions
This is me hoping that members from either of these commissions stumble across this.Lets start with Indiana:Okay, your pick 3 and pick 4 games are rigged. We all know it, and we are not paranoid, i dont think there is one other rigged lottery in the US from what i've seen. But by your payouts you guys should be ashamed. The odds are on your side, so why go right out and cheat for more money. I hope you guys stop getting players. It is our job to put you crooks out of business.Anyone from indiana

Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio
Jumikee,I have to throw in my two cents when you say that the Ohio Pick 3 is Rigged .I have been studying and playing the Ohio Numbers for ten years and I have an Excel spreadsheet that covers every single Pick 3 Drawing ever held in Ohio to date. I can assure you that I have tested and examined its history more than thoroughly enough th know that I am 99.99999999999% positive that it is NOT RIGGED.Ohio's flow of randomness is almost as perfect as it can get when compared to the laws of proba

something to think about(rigged or not)
Ok listen, that was your opinon about the lottery system now here is mine. I also posted questions about is the lottery rigged a couple months ago, I also felt like it was rigged. Well Over the time I will go to other states lottery websites just to see who win, how many win in a week, and what area did the person buy the ticket. Now I dont think you have to be related to any lottery employee or cashier employee at the store But I really feel that the lottery has a grid on every city in thie

Are Lotteries Rigged
Jim thanks for you feedback..I read your statements and you pointed out some interesting facts. I am not being naive to anything however, it was just my own rationalizing (and notice I did say that I don't know about the daily pick3/4 games) that if the odds are already very very low for in regards to the 5 and 6 digit games then why a need to rig them? I play the hoosier lottery and ky lottery at times and my friends have made an argument to me about the possibility of them being rigged but I m

Are Lotteries Rigged
Jim695 wrote: Corruption and fraud are on the rise in state lotteries. No doubt that this occurs however many of the games are run by gaming officials that are constantly monitoring the games. Stealing from the coffers is one thing rigging the game is another. I'm not saying that it can't happen. It would take some clever trick to fool the gaming officials. Especially with guards watching video taping every move the lottery personnel make. The preparation the personnel take before the balls are d

Are Lotteries Rigged

Are Lotteries Rigged
The Xtra game (I've heard several other states talk about having the game as well) is not randomly selected. If you read the instructions on how to play the game there is not one line in the whole sheet that tells you the game is rigged/or at least not randomly drawn. It wasn't until I wrote them a letter and told them I knew for a fact they were not randomly drawn and I ask them if they were trying to say that they were. This is the response I received when they answered that particular ques

Lottery rigger warned officials about computerized drawing machines years ago
By Jason Clayworth
The mastermind behind a national lottery scam says he warned officials about a glitch in computer-generated drawings 11 years ago, but nobody seemed too worried, his lawyer revealed in an exclusive interview.
The same glitch involving identical numbers drawn consecutively or nearly consecutively occurred again in the past two weeks in Arizona, prompting state officials to offer players a refund.
