California Lottery delaying payouts to winnersReply
This is kinda funny. Most everyone here jumps on the Lottery is fixed/crooked/scam, etc bandwagon because there is a delay in payments from what CA lottery is claiming more winning tickets to pay. Even comparing it to Illinois's mess. The thing that I'm wondering is if anyone is so suspicious, or untrusting, and maybe not just California, why in the world are you playing in the first place?

Congrat to you Ruby!your refrigerator is getting rich! I won $20 on one yesterday morning and another $20 last night...they were out of the new ones so bought one I usually lose on and won $20 on it!...hoping for another $100 win then I'll post them. They're both in my dresser drawer but won't stay there long...my kitty cat will knock them off of the fridge to jump up there to get in an empty cabinet...the door shuts behind her then she bangs on it until I come to get her out...funny thing

Well, a couple years ago there were some who thought it was fishy because certain states always won. Then jackpots were hit in P.R. and kinda shot that theory all to poop. Now we have 4 tix that win second prize down there, and folks are going hmmm . Funny. Anyone can win anywhere tickets are sold.
