The lottery employees got incentive bonuses mostly from Club Keno and that game must be included with their online play to get the expected profits online play might generate. Other than for player convenience, I don't see how selling tickets for the regular games online will increase profits that much. Online wagering is just starting so they'll probably wait and see which other types of online wagering other state/jurisdictions offer and the effect on sales.

The answer is universal for all these winners, and no l am not confused- l understood your question perfectly. They just want to be left alone.They need their Privacy as they put it. That is why they are not reaching out to the likes of the press and so forth.You would do well to heed their request B. By the way B: l seriously doubt any of these winners are going to write a book entitled How to win or increase your chances of winning the lottery . l could be wrong, but l seriously doubt it.

@ P-3master, Is it possible to post the system's coding that you write about, or do you consider it as propriety information? Also, I'd like to add that in my experience, even the best systems have bad weeks, but you say that you don't play every draw, so that may help increase the profit index.

Plus the fact Texas Lotto only rolls $250,000 now instead of $1,000,000. It sucks. I think they made the changes because sales weren't supporting the bigger rolls. And the $2 extra just goes with the current trend of finding ways to get $2 a ticket to increase revenue. Like the new game All or Nothing. This fall there will be 4 draws for P3 and P4 up from the 2 draws we have now.

States are looking for ways to increase revenue. Charging $2 a ticket is one way. Increasing the number of draws is another. This fall Texas is going to have 4 P3 and P4 draws a day, up from 2 a day. They introduced the All or Nothing game last year at $2 a ticket, 4 draws a day. Starting to get a little crazy. LOL.
