The biggest mistake people make is:
Assuming a win in jackpot games where the odds are tens of millions or hundreds of millions to one against the player. Then when the win doesn't happen to play heavier and heavier trying to make it happen. As a sidenote, it's interesting when thresads like thes come up the Pick 3 players assume we're talking Pick 3 and the jackpots games players, jackpot games.

Atheist converts after mock prayer to win $1M lottery is answered
I can't figure it out? I tracked a game every drawing for three years and posted the results, which came out to about 80% QPs taking the jackpots. Et Vous? Oh, that's right, you went to Msvrn U., whose motto is Opinion Over Knowledge? May you book a big winner only to have a camel pee on the ticket and render it invalid.

Canada couple loses out on $1.64M jackpot
In your case the group had a fixed membership and the player planned to return as soon as his health permitted. However as was pointed out in this story and others when the Clancys joined the pool four years earlier they made an agreement with a core(fixed) group of six players one who had since moved on as had the Clancys with no plans of returning. The group that won the jackpot consisted of 21 players of which sixteen had never agreed to pay for the Clancys who weren't even in the group th

Canada couple loses out on $1.64M jackpot
Did we read the same article? Here's what it said in the one I read: While the Clancys regularly contributed when jackpots exceeded $10 million, they had stopped going to the club and weren't present when money was collected for the Nov. 23, 2007, draw. They were contributing to the cost of tickets, but didn't pay ahead of time for that particular drawing. If they weren't there when money was collected for previous drawings but contibuted their share for (losing) tickets after the fact I

Some not pleased with N.J. Lottery Internet drawing broadcast
Whatever they do for the drawing, their new website is terrible. They are covering up the cash values, and don't offer a convenient breakdown of jackpots. I'm using Ohio's website instead and will just blow off New Jersey's cash 5. It really stinks.

$2 Powerball
Maybe if there's enough people in the state to support the cost of having a local game, you'll get one. With PB and MM, all you need are terminals and a crew to maintain them which is probably contracted out to the terminal providers. States will local lotteries are trying to come up with ways to cut their cost of production and maybe your state will see a model another state is using that would be within their budget to do. Remember state lottery directors get salaries of at least $200K and

Changes coming to Powerball multi-state lottery game in January
It now costs me $4 to play Powerball with 2 lines with Powerplay. The new game will cost me $6 for the same deal for slightly better odds and bigger starting jackpots and bigger prizes. I can understand the uproar if you're buying a lot of lines but for me it's no big deal really cuz I only play 2 lines. And I got this funny feelin I'm gonna win the very first drawing!
