Prediction is more intuitional than logic. Try to conceptualize this: The premise says each event starts with a ten member string 0123456789. This string can be 0112344578, 1169877209, 0056779488,2347892011 etc . How do you simulate these strings? Take the last 30 draws ,group the last 10 strings, then observe the digit transitions forward for your next draw/s. You are trying to form the next 10 digit string by looking at the transitions of each digit, so say my current draw is 12

As usual, I'll be playing C4L tonite, but yesterday I did something I hardly ever do when it come to playing the lottery. We drove over to Connecticut and while there I bought three lines of PowerBall with the PowerPlay. I'll have some New York PB tickets as well because I'm in a pool at work. Thousands of hours creating combinations from Skips and Frequencies and Formulas involving just about every Idea that I have come across, show mostly small variations in occurrence vs probability.
