I don't see the problem with back to back draws. I see two problems. One is that players would have a maximum of about 22 hours to get out and buy a ticket, assuming they want to wait to find out the results before buying a ticket for the next drawing. It may be closer to half that if lottery sales aren't allowed through the entire night. The other problem is the lottery's side of the same limited purchase period. The ball draw states have pretests, then the drawing, then the post draw tests. Next day pretests then the drawing then the post draw tests. Adjacent Numbers, are numbers on either side of Lotto numbers that hit in the last drawing. So, Adjacent Numbers are one number higher or one number lower than a winning number from the previous game.
