Part of the validation process is in verifying that the winning ticket was bought at the store that had the winning ticket, so the lottery has to have that information available. Remember last month when I went ballistic because I said there was noway in helll that 9's can go missing that long....and there they were in the pre-draws...this is a clear indication of FRAUD plain and simple... Heres how it works technics check this out: they hold back certain digits(9) then the computer terminals pump out alot of 9's as quick picks...if you have a 9 as a quick pick youre a sure loser..

Re: Online lottery pools I've never thought of online lottery pools. I would be very concerned with security and fraud since more then likely you'd have to make financial transactions online and you're dealing with strangers. It would be very convenient though.

I am on welfare and section 8. I get my government check on the 1st and the 15th every month. I also get a disability check for an injury I got on my job. Then I'll sit back and watch them make fools of themselves when they call themselves reporting me to the government for fraud.
