hareless, Take a look at some other states' lottery websites that offer it, such as Vermont, New Mexico, Iowa . . . there are several. Basically, you have the option of picking which 2 numbers, in exact order, will be drawn as the front pair, or back pair. For example, you pick 1-2 to be drawn as the front pair, or 2-3 to be drawn as the back pair, in the exact order. The payoff for a 50-cent ticket is, on average, $25, and $50 for a $1 play. Side Stepping...
After the double triple 0's were drawn in MO the other night. I sent this e-mail. The woman totally side-stepped the second question all together. I'm not done yet though. I'm sending a reply to the answer she sent getting a little more specific. Last year we had ball drawn games. I am going to ask her how much ticket sales have dropped off on the Pick 3 game since July of last year.
