So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Well, when using this method you can expect for losing streaks to run out of control. That's because it doesn't take pattern-security into account. This is necessary to help keep losses in check.

Designated Machine vs Alternate Machine
Three, maybe four years ago, Maryland had a video also showing the entire process. It showed how they did every thing from unlocking the room they kept the machines and balls in, through the drawing, and locking everything back up afterwards. After seeing how tight the security is the chances of anyone messing with anything is, as someone here recently said, The same as being struck by lightening while being eaten by a shark . LOL.
Which leads back to the question, why do they need so many p

It is on here somewhere and this is the umpty bajillionth time this thread has come up.

The differences between W2-G and 1099 are very substantial
W2-G are for wager based winnings, where you had to put a wager to win a taxable amount.
1099 is for non-wager based winnings, e.g. you submitted an entry to a contest and won the prize. Or participating in Wheel of Fortune and winning on it.
W2-G, you do not have to pay additional Social Security and Medicare
1099 you have to pay the self employment tax stuff such as Social Security and Medicare along with income

be careful as the download was blocked for me as it may now have a trojan virus or even worse, a rootkit attached to the exe file as noted by my pc using microsoft's security essentials.

Florida lottery kicks off campaign to protect customers from dishonest clerks
Umm the scanners do tell you exactly how much you won unless it is a big prize and that is for security purposes. Would you like some yutes standing next to you when your found out your ticket was worth 1 mill. Don't worry those that lost their lottery licenses will sell the store to one of their family members and be back selling lottery at no time. When I worked for a lottery vendor that will remain nameless it seems like these patel stores were going through changes of ownerships every other

NJ Pick 6 lottery drought ends as $20.1M jackpot won
Have not been to Forked River,N.J. in a long while. How about that 7-11 Store on Lacey Rd and Holmes Ave.N selling the winning ticket . They are going to sell a lot of coffee for a long while, as folks will want to meet the new millionaire. Hope the winner goes to another retailer to validate the ticket, for their own security.

I have always wondered the same..Been a software engineer for 22 years and I am amazed at the fast response these terminals and ticket checking scanners provide. Most likely being a government entity, I think security is lax for these servers and is easy to hack or just copy from the database.

Take5 NY
Rex,
Sadly, I've only dreamed about spending 350 bucks on a T5 wheel. My dream/fantasy goes kinda like this;
I go online to my credit union's website, and I see my very first Social Security check has been deposited! Before my wife realizes it's in the checking account, I whip down to my local Mobil station, hit the ATM in there, then turn around and slam $350 on the counter and tell that kid Gimme 350 T5 QP's!
Only thing is, I aint collecting Social Security. Not yet anyway....... may

Undercover officers catch store clerks keeping winning lottery tickets
With most states that don't do it, like Tennessee, it's probably because people would go into shock if they knew how much money was being stolen from innocent, trusting lottery players by corrupt, virtual agents of their State Lottery. They'd rather let the corruption and theft continue than allow their incompetence and long-term lack of security measures and protocols to be put on display.
