Who do you propose is going to pay for those cars that turn into reptiles? Who do you think is going to pay for spacecraft to fly around the universe? Do think the rich and famous are going to donate their riches? Fat chance Madonna, Oprah, Tom Cruise, or P-Diddy is going to give up their riches; they'll preach the good, but then take their private jets back to their mansions and enjoy their Bently's. N.C. lottery has a fighting chance this year
If a lottery is going to be approved in North Carolina, this just might be the year.At least the 2005 session of the General Assembly appears to offer the best chance ever, for it to happen, said state Rep. Billy Owens, D-Pasquotank, a perennial lottery supporter. But Owens also said the window for winning a lottery for North Carolina is starting to shut. He characterizes 2005-06 as the last chance, mainly because the political makeup of the General Assembly could shift, making it even more diffi

Incredible, Indiana has had back to back 6 way boxes twice in the past 13 days, and one 4 way box. I think that is amazing. No wonder you cant win. Just how many tens of thousands must one spend to win a penny? Oh well, its time to drive to Ohio and get some tickets. You know, a lottery should be a lottery------RNG'S are nothing more than controlled environments to ensure the States capitalize on every dime you spend. The States should be at risk just like we are. RNGS are nothing more than an i

But there are easier ways to accomplish the same result. The time isn't wasted if you are having fun... for some of us it's a hobby...I understand the odds and the risks... $1... big deal...
