By looking at the number of winners page on The NY Lottery's website, you can see each in drawing how many winners there were of each of the different prize levels. For the last three months, the total number of winners for all of C4L's prize levels has been running in the 53,000 to 58,000 range. That suggests to me that there is a core group of regular C4L players that never miss a drawing. So just like many other online games, C4L does have it's own fan base of people that don't miss a drawing

My Method V2 Revised
The 2nd is something extra that i do, it's the 2 days ago draw for that day for mid or eve draw. I have found and you can check just about any drawing on any date, that the 2 days ago number about 75% of the time one or more of those numbers will come back for that day. tough to figure it out but if you can, you have at least one number for that days drawing.
Pick any month day and year of your lotto history, then go back 2 days from that draw. a lot of times you will find that 1 , 2 or rare

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
8,000 per day in ticket sales isn't all that bad. Pennsylvania has been selling their raffle tickets at a rate of about 5,900 per day. (In the past, prior to introducing The Early Bird drawings, they sold only about 2,000 per day.) PA will probably sell out, but then they're selling a max of 500,000 tickets.
Don't forget, there's always a huge rush to buy tickets just prior to the drawing. Ticket sales in PA skyrocketed to 20,000 per day about four or five days before the drawing, and I belie

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
I think the lottery folks tried to time it that once the instant win possibility expires, it will be within a few days from the first drawing which should bring more people in. After the first drawing, the subsequent drawings happen every 6 days to maintain excitement. It was well planned to use the instant win gimick to draw sales in the first few weeks until the drawings start up.
With that said, I have 5 tickets now. I'll buy 1 or 2 for each drawing. I think I'll buy 5-10 on the last night

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Need to clarify when I play.
I use the Day drawing results to generate plays for the Evening drawing.
I generate a new set of integers for each drawing.
I have used the Morning draw history for Day plays, but not very often.

Lucky for Life
While I cant speak for other states, here in New York on The New York City WABC Channel 7 news I don't see the word live on the screen, but I do hear it spoken. During the 11 PM news broadcast immediately before the drawing, the news anchor always says We now take you to the live Lotto drawing (That's if the drawing being televised is NY's 6/59 game Lotto . They also televise other games drawings, Take5, and they say the word live for those drawings as well.)
Channel 7 also broadcasts the MM

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Setting aside that past events have no direct influence in regards to truly random events. But say, for whatever reason, a pre-test(s) effects the outcome of a drawing. That can cut both ways. A combination one played occurs in the pre-test(s) instead of the official drawing, and hence the player loses, as many point out. However, it could go the other way too. A combination one played doesn't occur in the pre-test(s), but occurs in the official drawing afterwards. All in all, this would even ou

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Basically you're saying it's highly unlikely the combos drawn in the test will repeat in the official drawing and I agree. And I also agree it's highly the combo drawn last night will repeat tonight. But then again, isn't beating a 1 in 1000 chance highly unlikely ?
I did read your comments on testing other games in the Checking pre-test draws thread and frankly thought it was apples and oranges. It's called process and it should be obvious the testing processes for roulette, craps, and card

Does the size of the lottery jackpot matter to you?
There is a core group of MM players that purchase around $16 tickets every drawing and the sales as the jackpot approaches $100 million suggests other players are now purchasing tickets and/or some of the core group is buying more tickets. PB core group of players on average purchase less tickets than MM when the jackpot is under $100 million, but it's a $2 ticket.
Personally I don't want to throw away money, not just betting on one of my five or ten tickets will win a jackpot (or something),

New Pick2 and Pick5 coming to Florida
Thanks for all the hard work you've done, it's appreciated. However, I disagree on the part you wrote about Florida being a truly random game. A truly random game would mean that after the drawing takes place, they should put the balls back into the tubes and leave the freaking things alone, lock them up in a vault with cameras, till the next drawing. Whatever the machine spits out the next draw is a TRULY RANDOM DRAWING..lol
The second they start fidgeting around with the balls, machines and
