Another suggestion Have prospective members take a online personally test and send you the results. Here is a link to one I use http://www.16personalities.com/. One member can derail the entire pool so select the members carefully. The results from this test can be emailed. I think the personally of the person being selected should be a major factor. There are many such tools online to help pick members with the right stuff. RL

I saw my T5 Buddy first thing this morning and I asked him if he won anything last nite. He says Nah. I forgot to play. So I said Oh yeah? I hit three numbers for 20 bucks. Hi Steve, I agree with RL, the Pool Depth or skips never came all High or all low etc... They are always mixed from Low, Medium and High. If you could change your file to do that you would get better results but it's not an easy task because you don't know which one will be low medium or high unless you mixed them all.
