How is this not a massive fraud by the Florida Lottery?
The Florida lottery launched a new scratch off ticket on 2/24/15 called 10,000,000 Florida Cash or something like that. The advertising stated there were 4 winners of 10 million and 46 winners of one million as the top prizes, along with over 11 million prizes! . Every press release the lottery put out and even the press release posted on the Florida Lottery website as late as Friday, March 20, 2015 announcing a million dollar winner indicates prizes based on the 4 10 million and 46 million doll

2/20 MEGA RESULT 8 2 6 52 66 PB 13 We could call this the 666 Drawing. It was in the Luckeys but not easily found. Ranges had 02 and 6/36 which is 66 also (+30) .....51 and 53 no 52 I chose 31 6 51 14 but not 32/02 66 52 13 rounding up or down. The close was 6 and 66 and 6 and 8 (2 apart here). Although this result was not reflected well, The time being used adjusted showed the difference. Will now use this adjusted time. Sir, you must play both lottos both times, every week. I do. So, I can't play a whole lot, but I do play it, religiously. (sorry, I don't actually put God-faith in it, but I do it rather consistently). I have one set of numbers that I've played since last century. Fortunately, the MM and PB formats, though they've changed, each allowed me to keep all 6 digits. I play a couple other new numbers, in addition. but you must play it, every week. You may need to give up the bowling games.

Okay, it's time for a cuss word. Someone tell me what the F*** is up with CA D3?!? Out of the last FIFTY singles plays, we've had five EEEs, two +3s, and only ONE each of series and OOOs. 20% of the last fifty plays in those four categories, despite the fact they make up 1/3rd of all singles plays.
