Texas Lottery suspends sales for 'All or Nothing' game
I think it depends in each state on how they handle it or what they set as their liability limit. I found the following on the Florida Lottery Pick3 site: Unlike the Lottery's other terminal games, which are pari-mutuel in design (that is, players are vying for a portion of what is in the prize pool), Cash 3 and Play 4 offer set prize payouts. Therefore, the Lottery has established a $10 million liability limit for Cash 3 for any particular three-digit number for each drawing. Should any thre

Powerball numbers
To clarify.... The probability that a drawing of 20 QD numbers includes any 4 white numbers of a particular PB drawing is about 1.53% -- about 65.29 to 1. The probability that at least 1 in 360 QD drawings (24 hours) includes any 4 white numbers of a particular PB drawing is about 99.61%.

Quick picks or a system.
You must know something I have yet to learn because that has never worked for me. I name all my play files with two letters for the game and six numbers for the date of the drawing so I know which numbers I played for each game and drawing and can go back and recheck what ifs. For example if played tonight's PowerBall game the play file name would be PB052513. I have occasionally gone back to see if I had played the same numbers some additional drawings if they would have hit and so far they

Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
I didn't say that a trust can't be formed after the drawing. I said a trust that's formed after the drawing can't be the winner. The drawing creates a winner, so an entity that doesn't exist yet can't possibly win. If you win and then form a trust to claim the prize you're still the winner, and the trust is claiming the prize on your behalf. In most states the rules say they release the name of the winner, not the name of the entity claiming the prize. There's a reason that when we read stori

Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
I'm not speaking of the lottery being rigged in the same way as was done in Pennsylvania. It's certainly not rigged each and every week for one specific person to win. It is however rigged so that the prize money is distributed evenly in all regions. It is rigged to make sure that any one single person does not win multiples of the same prize level from the same drawing. You may have won multiple prizes over a period of time by correctly matching 4 of 6 numbers. Have you ever won multiples of

$170 MILLION: Mega Millions back into the realm of monster jackpots
By Todd Northrop As Powerball has been grabbing headlines for its frequent big jackpots, the United States's other huge multi-state game, Mega Millions, has been quietly and steadily increasing its jackpot. Tuesday night we'll find out if the Mega Millions lottery game enters into the realm of $200+ million jackpots, or if an incredibly lucky ticket-holder wins a $170 million jackpot. The lump-sum cash value stands at a staggering $126.7 million. It's been some time since the Mega Mi

So I was going to play a LP QP for fun until..
Yeah you never know. I remember making a comment about this drawing last year when it happened. http://www.usamega.com/mega-millions-drawing.asp?d=3/23/2012 I said that if I had gotten those numbers from a QP, I would have been pissed. Pissed right up until after the drawing where I would have been celebrating my 200+ million win. I mean look at those numbers lol.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
You have to know what you are suggesting is a waste of time for testing any strategy other than buying a single quick pick. The PB simulation you mentioned is simply picking one of 175 millions possible PB combinations to represent the player's numbers and another one to represent the drawing. The only thing it comes close to simulating is buying one PB quick pick for a single drawing. Brad Duke strategy sounds dynamic, that is it changed after each drawing based on previous drawings and i

Hacked random number generator?
Odd number combinations happen with every lottery game. The problem in your state is that there is no way for a person to watch the drawing, because it happens inside a computer. With a traditional ball drawing, when a strange combination comes up you can at least be satisfied by watching the drawing that it was legitimate. If you write to the lottery, I'd recommend complaining about the lack of real ball drawings, and that even if they explain that strange combinations happen every so often,

My system works.
I will post my 6 the numbers I will play for tonight's PB drawing before the drawing tonight. Lets see if I come close to any of the number in a row. I count my system to be successful if it puts me within 3 numbers of the actual numbers drawn for three or more numbers. Like I always said, I do not know the numbers that will come up in a drawing. So let's see if I get lucky! If I don't have a successful prediction tonight, that does not mean it does not work, it means I had the right numbers
